Ciabatta Bread for Panini recipes
A great bread for Panini Recipes is Ciabatta Bread it can be bought at any store and is used to make extra good paninis. Ciabatta is the Italian word for slipper. It is given because the bread is flat and looks somewhat like a slipper. The bread is long and thin and fairly flat, which is why it is used many times as sandwich bread.
