One of the great ingredients to put on anything that you you cook is pepperoni.
Pepperoni is what kids love. I can’t think of anybody that doesn’t love pepperoni. Think about the pepperoni pizza, an icon of pizza. Pepperoni smell good, tastes good and is easy to work with.

Putting together a pepperoni panini is an amazing quick, simple and easy plan. The only issues that you may have is not having all the ingredients on hand. All the ingredients are easy to obtain. I always keep pepperoni in my fridge just for emergency situation.
Here is the recipe:
ciabatta bread or slices of bread, mozzerella cheeze, butter (optional) and of course pepperoni.
Slice the loaf of ciabatta bread in half and butter both pieces, put a handful of cheese onto one slice and and then put a bunch of slices of pepperoni. Put the other slice of bread onto the sandwich and place on a preheated panini grill and heat until cooked. Usually about ten minutes.
There are so many panini recipes with every possible ingredient in it. So get experimental and see what you can make.
